There are all kinds of reasons to return something, but here are the ones we consider valid and will happily get your fixed up. You'll notice that we ask for photos on all returns - this isn't because we like getting snapshots of our stuff in your house, rather that it helps us best communicate with our fulfillment team who are remotely located as they can see what is going on... a picture is worth a thousand words, right?
⚠ Super important! PLEASE DON'T JUST SHIP STUFF BACK. This creates a headache for both of us and if the item doesn't arrive or isn't routed the right place, we can't give you a refund or an exchange. Just drop us a line and let us know what the problem is!
Misprinted Items: This is rare as the QA process in fulfilment is top notch, but stuff does happen on occasion. If your print is damaged, incorrectly placed, incomplete, or otherwise just doesn't look right, please let us know. Drop us a line and please include a clear photo of the item showing the problem.
Damaged Items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week of delivery!
Wrong Item: This one is pretty self explanatory and almost (notice that we said almost) never happens. Should it happen to you, we want to make it right for you immediately, so please drop us a line ASAP and include a photo as it helps to let the fulfillment team figure out what happened in addition to making sure that they don't manage to send out the same thing a second time.
Wrong Size: If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mistagged during manufacturing. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out ASAP If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
When WON'T you take a return? Once you've washed your shirt, we almost never take a return as washing it with harsh detergents, bleach, or even with tougher garments and towels can damage these super soft tees and the amazingly detailed imprint. Once they have been washed, we simply have no idea what happened and as such, can't be held liable. Exceptions to this are if the shirt falls apart due to a clear defect or the art mysteriously disappears or something.
